Charlotte is supporting Police and Crime Commissioner David Keane's call for misogyny and elder abuse to be made a hate crime. With some police forces already recording misogyny and elder abuse as hate crimes, he PCC has asked Police Chief Constable Darren Martland to conduct a review of these issues locally.
