LEASEHOLD: Visit to Commissioner Square, Paddington

After a morning of surgery appointments, it was good to catch up with residents around Commissioner Square to discuss their issues with leasehold and management fees, and progress on the adoption of the roads around the estate with Poulton South Cllr Rydzkowski and candidate Rebecca Knowles.

With the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill still making its way through Parliament at risk of being further watered down, I’ll continue to make the case for the abolition of this feudal practice.
