It was great to meet with the Justice for Reggie campaign, to talk about how we can establish a robust animal welfare strategy locally.

The campaign group was established to bring about an end to puppy farming, but we also spoke about related issues such as dog thefts which we have seen a significant increase in locally during lockdown.

I'm proud to represent a community of animal lovers, as evidenced by the number of emails I receive every week about animal rights, and I'm more than happy to throw my support behind these brilliant campaigners in their work!
