School visits are always the highlight of my week and my visit to King's Leadership Academy Warrington was no exception!

It was a pleasure to sit down with some of the senior leadership team to discuss the school's ethos and journey, to get a tour and pop into a couple of lessons to see that in action, to see some of the absolutely amazing artwork on display, and to be grilled by the cabinet of the school parliament.

We even agreed a bit of joint campaigning on a topic of local concern that the students feel very passionately about- so watch this space! It's really humbling to me to meet such confident and engaged young people, hear about the issues that matter to them and I know they all have very bright futures ahead of them whatever they wish to pursue.
