“During the Coronavirus crisis, we come together as a community each week to clap our key workers, including NHS workers. While I continue to push for better pay and conditions for NHS staff, and the secure supply of PPE and other vital equipment like ventilators, I have received lots of feedback from local NHS staff about how much these gestures of support mean to them.
“With everything going on, it can be difficult to keep up morale so I hope this small gesture can help and give young children stuck at home a fun activity to take part in.”
There are 3 prizes for the best entries – a £50 Waterstones voucher for the winner, and two £25 Waterstones vouchers for the runners up.At the end of the competition, all cards will be passed on to Warrington Hospital, and all entrants who include their name and address details (or email address) will receive a certificate thanking them for taking part.
